David Eka is a Ph.D holder and a Professor of English. He is currently the Deputy Vice-Chancellor (Academic) in the University of Uyo. He is the Editor of Fundamental of communication in English; Chief Editor of Journal of Humanities, University of Uyo, co Author of Aspects of spoken Language and, Author of elements of grammar and Mechanics of the English Language; Phonological foundations: English. He has also published several Journal articles and book chapters.
