Chapter thirteen is titled, From Nuremberg to Tokyo: Evolution of Selective, Victor and International Criminal Justice. It traces the genesis of modern international criminal justice and investigates whether, up till today, the world has done away with selective and victor’s justice.
Prof. Enefiok Effiong Essien
Enefiok Effiong Essien is a Professor of Law at the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He was the Vice Chancellor of the University from 2015 to 2020, and at one time a Visiting Scholar at the National Universities Commission (NUC), Abuja, where he was the Chairman of the Committee on Degree Mills in Nigeria.
